I will meet you where you are and get an understanding of you as an individual. I hope to develop personal relationships with clients so I can give them a customized plan rather than follow a generic one-size-fits-all approach, because we are all different in every aspect of our lives!

Nutrition Coaching starts with…

An initial meeting. This meeting can be up to 90 minutes and will consist of a full nutrition analysis and health screening. I will get to know you on a personal level as an individual. We will break down your goals and habits and create a custom plan for moving forward! This is not going to be like any other program you’ve done – a quick fix, or 30-day situation. Change is built on realistic goals, a proper and aligned mindset, and sustainable habits. Together, that is exactly what we will create!

  • Education on Nutrition
    Ever hear of – macronutrients, vitamins & minerals, metabolism, and blood sugar balance? Do you feel kind of overwhelmed when thinking about it all? Not anymore! I will break down all the basics for you so you can fully and comfortably understand how to apply your new knowledge to YOUR life.
  • Collaborative Meal Planning
    Together, we can collaborate to create a plan that includes the foods you actually LIKE, while slowly incorporating new foods. We want to break you out of your comfort zone and learn to try new things!
  • Meal Planning and Prepping Breakdown
    I am a meal planning expert and soon you will be too. Changing your eating habits or your overall lifestyle can be stressful and the key to success is proper planning. There is a system and in no time, you will be a planning and prepping pro!
  • Nutrition Label Learner
    “Low fat”, “sugar free”, “100 calorie”, are just a few marketing terms used on packaged products. Let me show you how to really read a Nutrition Label and how to decipher what words mean in a slew of ingredients!
  • Habit Hacking
    Changing your eating habits isn’t the only thing that will contribute to your overall wellness. I will help you create new healthy habits by integrating my 5 Support Systems of Wellness into your life, so your plan is sustainable for YOU.
  • Pantry Clean Out
    Let’s do it all! I can come right to your pantry and/or fridge and help you go through your food and explain how each item serves or doesn’t serve you. And I promise, you will not be judged at all and we will NOT be tossing all your food in the trash!
  • Tips & Tricks
    Sometimes it’s hard to see the simple adjustments you can make to make things go smoother. I have the outside view and all the tips and tricks and ideas to make your pain points less painful!
